Eighteen Years Later, I'm Still Learning Not to Worry

I recently came across an article I wrote back in October 2008 for Healthy Living Today. It was about worrying, something I apparently haven't completely figured out eighteen years later!
Reading it again brought back memories of raising my children, the uncertainties of life, and the wonderful conversations I used to have with other bloggers.
A lot has changed since then. My children are grown, life has taken a few unexpected turns, and I've learned a few things along the way. But I've also discovered that some lessons take a little longer to learn.
I decided to revisit that old article and share some thoughts about worrying, growing older, and finding perspective.
